Pasteur pipettes soda glass

Pasteur pipettes made of soda glass according to ISO 7712.

They have 2 parts:

A part with a larger diameter that acts as a receptacle for the aspiration of liquid

Another part with a smaller diameter to get the sample comfortably during the aspiration of any corner of the container, tube or container.

Available in 2 lengths: 150 and 230mm.

Suitable for use with suction equipment such as: Rubber pears, nipples, and other automatic or manual devices such as so-called “pipums”.

Widely used in laboratories to aspirate or separate different supernatant samples, chemical or biological, in liquid and / or dispersed format.

Also used to homogenize or dissolve solutes of their solvent in mechanically simple solutions, after different phases of aspiration and expulsion. The pressure of the contained liquid increases when it passes through the thin part of the pipette, for this reason it is expelled more strongly, favoring dissolution and dispersion in it.

Another important use is the repetition of dosing of small amounts of chemical or reagents from different samples placed in tubes, containers or bottles.

After use with contaminated or biohazard material, pipettes must be disposed of in safety containers properly prepared for this purpose.

The pipettes are free of latex and phthalates, as well as mutagenic, carcinogenic or toxic substances for reproduction.

Measurements:

• Ø of the mouth: 6.95 ± 0.15 mm.
• Ø tip: 1.2 ± 0.15 mm.
• thickness: 0.53 ± 0.03 mm.
